It certainly reflects the quality of education.

		<description>@Swats: I was referring to entrance examinations not the institute itself... and I stand that IIT/IIMs entrance examinations are probably the two toughest examinations to get into an academic institution.. Though you are right that there are many good institutions.. IIT/IIMs are just indicative..
